Academy City is three decades more advanced than entire world and the main stronghold of the science side. Here Esper Power are developed by scientific means. Normally the city is very peaceful.

The four girls- Misaka Mikoto, Uiharu Kazari, Saten Ruiko and Kuroko Shirai are enjoying their day off. At the moment, they are teasing Misaka due to her being so cute and hugging her.

Misaka: "Eh-Wait guys! What are you three doing..? Hey, don't hug me so tightly..."

Kuroko: "You're so adorable sissy. I won't be surprised if a powerful Magician comes here to marry you someday. But don't worry, I won't let them. You're only mine sissy and i will protect you."

Uiharu: "Hey guys, do you think Magic actually exists? I mean aren't Esper powers a kind of magic? Also Misaka, if you want to grow in right places, you should drink milk everyday...not that I have any right to advise you?"

Saten: "Just look at this.. There's some rumor spreading in the internet that Magic does exist and Academy City and Magic side are in bad terms with each other. Isn't that cool?"
