Mike and Will have been walking for almost an hour to reach for one of the only open portals to the upside down, it was a mission where they were going to risk but Nancy said it was according to the plan and they trusted her, she never failed before.

It was night, passing midnight and however the place was desolated at any time of the day because it was in the middle of the woods, near the lake, there was a cave where the portal was.

The sound of the water was every time louder, they were nearby.

"I'm kinda scared honestly" Will spoke trying to take deep breaths, it was the first time going back to the upside down after Vecna got him.

"Don't worry, Hopper is waiting for us there." Mike tried to calm him down as he watched the small map. "We would be safe meanwhile demogorgons don't appear"

They immediately got tense as they recognized my voice behind them, Mike was the first to turn around facing me. Long time since we had an encounter and i never got the chance to fight with the famous Zombie boy almost all alone.
