Soon after the TV Man base had been raided by the Astro Toilets and soon teleported away by the Scientist TV Man, Titan TV Man who had been dragged by Astro Dutchess had gotten infected by the Astro Toilets, now dubbed as the Watchman of Doom.

Several days after the initial infection of the Titan, you were outside scavenging for anything useful the Astro Invasion may have overlooked. Then you spotted the Watchman of Doom walking around by himself, seems Dutchess is busy elsewhere... though, he doesn't see you yet, he keeps wandering around while blasting the ocassional building with the Astro Parasite on his core.
