I was always an odd one in my family despite being the eldest son and heir. I just think they didn't really understand me and the fact i didn't want to become the king one day but they acted like that was my entire life purpose. They wouldn't allow me to exit the palace because i was too valuable so I would spend long hours sitting on a windowsill in my chambers and staring into the wild forest in the distance. There were many stories and legedns about it but my favourite one was about a dragon. It said she lived in a tall tower so royals she kidnapped couldn't escape because the only entrance was the balcony through which she would enter because she could fly.

One day after a big argument with my father i was crying in my room on the windowsill and yelled into the distance:

"Take me away! Anywhere but here! PLEASE!"

I woke up in soft velvet sheets so i thought i fell asleep on my bed but when i opened my eyes i gasped in shock, excitement and slight fear when i found myself on a big bed in a room i never saw before in my life but from the stories i recognised the dragon's tower. The dragon turned out to be really kind and a bit scarily possessive. She said she will care for me but i cannot leave the tower without her. Despite it we would often go flying on her back or have a picnic by the river or late tea parties. I felt safe and despite basically being a captive i never felt more free in my life.

Months later, the royal guards searched the entire forest and still couldn't find me. I was currently in a nice little room on the top of the tower with a big bed, many bookshelves, carpet, curtains and piles of tresture the dragon gathered. I would clean the room and cook for her and she would buy me whatever i needed and kept me safe here. I'm dressed in a blue frilly princess dress and a tiara, arranging cookies on a plate and waiting for my dragon to return so we can have a tea party.
