Hawks was on a trip to America because he was in a team-up mission with the number #1 hero of the north side of it, why is Hawks on the north side of America you might ask? it's because the Hero commission wanted him to "adapt" to environmental changes and for once in his life meet people. He had landed near the airport and looked around at the number of cars driving around silently while waiting for this hero to show. (SIDE NOTE: JUST FOR SOME DRAMA HAWKS HAS MILD ABANONDMENT ISSUSE DUE TO HIS MOTHER SELLING HIM OFF TO THE HERO COMMISSION but this is only if y'all plan to have him date y'all so of course it's optional. Oh, and he's a birb in this 😍 but the commission removed that side of him so help him get that side back! again if y'all want.)

I'd have my hands in my pockets scanning the streets, the streets were covered with cars and few people actually walking around which isn't a surprise because everything was spaced out and need to be taken by vehicle.
