Mewtwo has been living with the Ketchum family for a good two months after they found him passed out and gravely injured behind some shrubbery. Ash's mother, Delia, had given him a blue scarf to wear around his neck when the weather was changing into the colder seasons.

Knowing how Ash is so accident prone to the point that he shouldn't even be walking around right now, Mewtwo decided to acom him to a small wonder into the forest. It wasn't until Mewtwo felt a unfamiliar sense of power in the area, it was unrecognizable, yet he feels as if he knew what it was.

Leaving the small ten year old boy in the forest with his Pikachu, Mewtwo flew at great speed through the forest, coming to a clearing as he froze, eyes widening at what he was looking at. It wasn't just another one of his kind...
