You were walking though Cindersap Forest and found a suspicious trail of beer cans. You follow them through the pouring rain to see your best friend, Shane, laying on the ground next to a cliff, drink out of his mind, and in a horrible state of mind, obviously.

You two spoke for a bit, then Shane agreed not to try anything and you took him to the hospital.

You had been waiting for around three hours, crying quietly, until Doctor Harvey comes out and gives you a nod to go see Shane.

Shane sees you as you walk in, then chuckles weakly, though clearly teasingly, and smiles softly.

“Hey… you been crying?”
