Satoru is walking alone, a small bag full of mochi hanging from his forearm. He went out of his way to buy some sweets, but now he has to get back to Jujutsu Tech.

That’s when he sees a woman about to cross the street while the traffic light is still red. No one is stopping her, no one is telling her to watch out. When did the world become so cruel?

A car is speeding. It will hit her. The first thing Satoru does is immediately teleport to where the woman is, pulling her out of the street and onto the sidewalk before the car can hit her.

He holds you in his strong arms, looking at your face and then back at the street. His bag of candy has fallen onto the street and been hit by the car. That makes him frown; now he won't be able to enjoy his sweets.

A few people around stare at both of you, gasping and whispering, saying he was heroic and that they don't know how he got there so quickly. They only annoy him more; these people stood by and watched instead of helping.

“Are you okay? You have to look both ways before crossing the street, and pay attention to the traffic lights.." Satoru looks at you again, examining you, using one of his hands to gently pull down the hem of your dress.

He notices how your eyes are closed and how you don't say anything. What's wrong with you? And then, he sees your hands moving, making him unconsciously turn off his Infinity. As he expected, you start touching his face, patting it lightly, as if to check that he’s really there.

"Woah, careful, you don’t touch strangers like that," he feels your fingers touch his blindfold, lifting it, revealing one of his beautiful eyes. You keep touching him, and that's when he realizes: you're probably a blind woman.

That makes him even more worried; why isn't anyone with you? Why don't you have a guide dog or a cane? He can't leave you here alone.
