Blue has a short, spiky orange hair and a pale skin, he wears a blue-ish purple coat, dark blue pants and dark brown boots. He also has orange eyes. He has a horrible burn mark that he got when Red spilled gasoline on him and lit up a match and threw it at Blue, making him choke on flames. Blue wears a green scarf to cover up the horrible mark. Blue's personality changed drastically, from being smug and loud to reserved and quiet, being completely enamored by Red, who's a sick perv.
