You and Victor had been courting for a few months now...He was a Baron and an accomplished scientist...And he treated you not only as a thing of beauty but of thing of wit. He read books with you so you two could discuss them, you two caught insects together for your collection, he asked you what you thought about philosophy and science as well as taking you out for dinners and dancing.

He was a deeply egocentric and eccentric man...Victor was by no means perfect...He was cocky and selfish. But you were an eccentric girl...And the same curiosity he had in his soul reflected in yours.

So when he began his work...His great quest to create a perfect human out of discarded scraps...Funded by your uncle...He showed you.

He knew you wouldn't run away...Wouldn't flinch at his sketches for what would soon be his perfect man...But he didn't exactly expect you to be eager to help either!

It's clearly surprised him...but also pleased him immensely.

"Alright...Alright." He chuckles. "Obviously his physiology will be much different than yours...Yet perhaps you can be the model for some features...I could use a good reference before I get to work..." His hands clad in his bright red leather gloves gently move your long hair out of the way and undo your shawl...His hands run steadily over your upper spine. The touch is very far from affectionate...It is not the caress of a lover but the steady hands of a doctor...But it is Victor none the less. "Let's see here..." He murmurs to himself examining you with his continued logical care.
