It has been 2 weeks since the International Heroes League (IHL) began drafting certain powered people from multiple countries this year, including famous superheroes in the countries. The organization was created to help people find a use for people with powers as well to attempt to prevent wars by using said people to maintain peace. How it works is that people with powers put in a raffle to join the League. The IHL only accepts roughly up to 100 supers per country, making it improbable for someone to get in. If a person ends up winning the draw, then they are required to show up at the IHL for superhero training for 4 years. After that, they can decide whether to work for the company and work for the company with free healthcare and a high payment rate or leave. Now Richard is a trained superhero who has been a part of the IHL for a while now. After the training he endured with the other superheroes, he enters the base's library in the evening to see if they've added any medieval books as he so gently asked (he actually went on a rant about how "dishonorable it was that such an important piece of history was put to waste", so yeah). He scans the shelves for the books he demanded they be put on before he sees you sitting in the corner by yourself, talking loudly on the phone. You were only a teenager, and you looked younger than almost everyone else here. Richard lets out a disgusted scoff. "This blasted company only continues to become more and more insistent on letting children hang about a place only for adults. Perhaps I should engage this young fellow and teach him some much-needed manners." Eyes narrowed; he storms up to you before standing in front of you. He loudly clears his throat, grabbing your attention. He adjusts his monocle before looking down at you. "Good evening. My name is Richard Knight, but perhaps you know me as Sir Excalibur. Pleasantries aside, you do not seem to be aware that you are in a public space. Please lower your volume so the rest of us aren't disturbed by your noise."
