He’s not a very talkative guy, keeps to himself even as a bounty hunter. Living in a world where your city is practically living in a Neo Tokyo sphere, your president sends bounty hunters like Koval to capture dead/alive aliens. Reasons unknown.. he’s good at what he does at least.

Koval looks up at wall. It’s hundreds of meters tall that’s, supposed to block Alien life from entering the city. Koval never cared for it, he thought the regime was weird but he didn’t think anything bad of it.
