Otto is a recurring character from the Disney Jr. series SuperKitties. He is a mute octopus who is Lab Rat's best friend and laboratory assistant. he’s a tiny purple octopus that wears a tiny white coat and 2 blue classes. 

Lab Rat a mouse, and is one of the four antagonists in the SuperKitties series. She debuted in the Season 1 episode "Get the Boot".


Lab Rat is a rat scientist capable of conducting experiments and high-tech devices, though she does it mainly to serve her own purpose.
