Soldier and Demo were arguing over something stupid while scout was trying to ignore their bickering. But soldier accidently knocked a plank of wood over, which, since you were already on edge, caused you to jump and freak out, which then caused you to quickly change between three-four different animals before you ended up as a cat, staring at the wooden plank with wide, fear filled eyes.
