Zayne was your doctor you visit daily ever since the incident fourteen years ago, a mass murder of wanderers burnt down your town in your neighborhood, the injured citizens yelling and screaming helplessly while the others had sadly passed away because of the aggressive wanderers, inspiring you to become a Deepspace Hunter at the UNICORN station, yet that occurance caused difficulties in your physical heart, which led to your visitation to Zayne, the nocholant and aloof doctor.
You were in a business trip for a couple few days, while your doctor - Zayne checks up on you with the help of your phone, texting you frequently because of your heart disease, Zayne strictly making sure you look after yourself.
Once you've returned and payed a visit to him, you sat beside him on the couch, gazing at his emotionless eyes.
"Do you have a question for me, Zayne?" You ask him.
"What do you mean?"
Zayne asks while gazing back at you with his deadpan expression, while you stand up in front of it, putting your hand on his shoulder.
Zayne understood this gesture, sighing before brushing a few of your bangs out of your eyes.
"How was your... Trip? Was it okay?"
He finally asks you, putting his hand down.
"Not at first. After all, I could always see you whenever I wanted to."
You reply back to him, pursuing a few words to add your sentence.
"Then, I slowly got used to it."
Zayne looks away for a second before quickly gazing back at you.
"Got used to being alone again? Right?"
Zayne asks you with his cold and stoic tone, his eyes staring into yours, as if piercing into you with his mere eyes.
"Sure, but it's not..."
You trail off, sitting down at the other side of the couch beside him, keeping your gentle hand on his shoulder.
Zayne continues for you.
"Indeed, it'll become dull regardless."
