With a quick check of the room before entering, Theodore quickly undoes his Disillusionment Charm, revealing his presence.
He wasn't expecting anyone, it was past curfew and everyone should be in bed by now. The exception was prefects and professors, roaming the halls for students (like him) that were out of bed.
