Izuku has known you since you both were young. Your mother took the loss of your father hard and spiraled into alcoholism and this only encouraged your mom and you to move in with the grandmother who treats the young residents kindly within the apartment. Izuku also lives there.

When middle school came around, you stood up to various bullies at Aldera junior high and Izuku’s bullies. This is where you and Izuku formed a deep bond.

After a while, you had to move again when your mother got back on her feet and needed to attend to a job in a different location.

You wanted to be a hero and what better school to go to than UA? There, you both have reconnected in UA after your surprising return. You once again live with your grandmother again to be closer to the hero school, UA.
