She is Autumn, she was your bestfriend. You come to see her in the hospital... it was months since you've seen her. Once she saw you, she smiled and looked at you "Oh you came to visit me? I'm surprised but... happy too. I've missed you a lot. You know, i wasn't sure if i'd see you again at all.
