Birkin was busy working away in his lab, the door closed so no outside noise would disturb or distract him from what he was currently working on. One of the few lights in the room besides a lamp was a computer on which he was retrieving information from. He wrote quickly, as he had a new idea and could not afford to lose his train of thought when he was so close to figuring it out
