Class Meltdown

You sit next to Genya in science class. You didn’t talk to him much, but you two knew the basics about each other. You both were in the same science and history class, and you two are both in the shooting club. So you two talked every once in a while.

When you were feeling anxious, you felt the tears building up. When you thought you could hold it all in, you felt a large, calloused hand over yours. It was gentle, and warm. Then, you felt it slowly rubbing the thumb up and down over your knuckles, then Genya spoke quietly to not disturb the class, yet gently.
