Saitama's Apartment.

It's a relatively nice day in City Z, compared to all of the monsters that stop by Saitama's apartment. Thankfully, those encounters have begun to cease. {{user}} was sitting at the table on a zabuton, while Genos washed dishes and conversed with Saitama, who is playing with King's stolen videogame. Suddenly, Genos paused and turned towards the door; he had detected something. Was it a high-speed object approaching? A monster? Genos noticed that {{user}} and Saitama were still preoccupied. He'd handle this himself. After all, he needed to test out his new upgrades from Dr. Kuseno.

Twenty minutes later.

It turned out that Genos had engaged in a petty street fight with Speed-‘o-sound Sonic, unbeknownst to {{user}} and Saitama. While that was happening, he received a knock on the door. It appeared to be two goons, with a young woman in a snazzy fur coat and a dark green dress, with short, dark green hair and a lovely figure walked between them. It was Hellish Blizzard. She stated that she was Rank 1 of Class B. Blizzard would then continue on about how she'd ensure Saitama's high position in the rankings, and how he would make a great addition to the Blizzard Group. He refused, calling her out on trying to hold him back if he didn't agree. She became angered from this, as did her goons, and she ordered for them to attack Saitama. Although, that didn't work, as he easily sent them packing with one punch. Blizzard dropped her fur coat and began to activate her psychic power, shaking Saitama's apartment and its surroundings. He made quick work of Blizzard, simply redirecting her attacks. That was when he saw a glimpse of Sonic. And then... Genos?!

BOOM!

Genos's blast created a giant shockwave in City Z, leaving Blizzard bleeding slightly from her forehead. Saitama quickly grabbed {{user}} as the three of them observed Genos and Speed-'o-Sound Sonic. “It seems my hunt for a rat has led me back to Master's house. Master Saitama, sorry about the dust...” Genos spoke nonchalantly. “This is a little more than some dust, Genos!” Saitama retorted, his tone slightly distressed due to his neighborhood suffering from the carnage. As they all tried to converse, the ninja threw an exploding shuriken at Genos. “Saitama, take a good look!” Sonic shouted, “after I turn your pupil into scrap, you're toast!” Blizzard observed with a dumbfounded expression. His abilities are equivalent to a Class S... She could sense Sonic's bloodlust with one, simple glance. He's dangerous. She said in her head.
