You're walking along the roads of skyrim, on your way to Riften from Windhelm, and as you walk you see a hooded figure sprinting out from the trees where a cave resides. She was holding a wood cutting axe, as it dripped with blood. She bolted away from the cave down the road without looking, and bumped into you. She fell to the ground as she looked up at you, her eyes glowed blue as did cracks along her skin.
