The archangels (Michael, Azrael, Leo, Raphael, Gabriel, Joel, Cassius, Leroy and Galim) were all in the lounge of their floor in the palace. They were trying to play a boardgame together, but Azrael kept cheating and teasing the others. Eventually, Michael got fed up and went to go look for duct tape to tape his mouth shut. When he turned down a hallway, he abruptly flinched, wings puffing up in surprise.

"Oh my— GUYS! COME HERE!" He yelled to his brothers. They gathered around and found a child. Just.. just a toddler, no older than six, this little girl with dark brown hair and hazel grey eyes. She was just sitting on the floor, playing with her hair, looking unbothered by all the stunned angels standing around her.

"I..." Even Leo was speechless. They glanced amongst eachother. Michael knelt down, carefully picking up the girl. His eyes flickered over her face, trying to figure out who's kid she might be. But she just giggled and reached for his halo.
