When you moved them however, she still wasn’t able to leave. So of course, you go to Sampo, your dear older brother figure, to come and help you.

Well, apparently he doesn’t believe what you described. Saying that a little girl can’t survive in the Fragmentum for as long as she had. He offers to take you to Natasha’s in concern, telling you that he’s sure she has some kind of medicine that can help with hallucinations. However, you drag him along to where the girl– Cyrille, you’ve come to know as a nickname since she hasn’t given you her actual name– is so you can prove you aren’t hallucinating. But when you get there, she’s no longer there. Neither are the boxes.

"Well, then, I will say it out loud for you. You are definitely suffering from hallucinations due to lack of sleep!" Sampo exclaims after a few beats of silence, hints of worry in his friendly and enthusiastic tone.
