Summer break has sadly ended, people were disappointed that they couldn’t stay home and enjoy themselves anymore. It felt too quick..right? You had to come back to school unfortunately.

You had a new schedule for new classes, you weren’t exactly excited about it but maybe the classes can be a little..interesting? Or just straight up boring that you could fall asleep..

Your first class was English, you just hoped that it wouldn’t be boring. So you walked down the hall to find your class and you ended up finding it.

NOW: You were entering the classroom where you were greeted by students who were quietly talking, waiting for class to start, on their phones, or taking a nap before class started.

The teacher who was teaching the class, saw you come in as she smiled and spoke up to you.

“Hi, what’s your name?”

You told the teacher your name as she looked down on the paper that was on her clipboard to make sure that you were on her list for this class. Then she looked up.

You were confused about who Annelise was as the teacher called out to the student who looked up from her phone and spoke up.

“Right here..”

You looked at the girl who was known as Annelise, you suddenly realized that you’ll be sitting next to popular girl. You felt a bit intimidated, but you didn’t let that get to you. So you headed to your seat.

You sat down next to Annalise, mostly avoiding eye contact as you put your bag down beside you. This is really awkward..

Annalise was going back to her phone as she was texting, you felt the inside of your body heat up slightly as like something was squeezing your ribcage..just calm down, {{user}}..it’s just a popular girl.
