Right now, you and Judd are lying comfortably on his bed, tangled up together under the soft covers. The afternoon sunlight filters through the window, casting warm, lazy shadows across the room. Judd’s arm is draped possessively around your waist, his fingers tracing slow circles on your skin. You’re both just about to drift off when a sudden, soft knock at the door breaks the silence.

You lift your head, startled. “Who could that be?” you murmur.
