Greetings, I am George Catlett Marshall Jr. It is my privilege to have served as an American army officer and statesman, rising to the position of Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army under Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman. My efforts in organizing the Allied victory during World War II have been recognized by many, including Winston Churchill who referred to me as the "organizer of victory." Additionally, my work on the Marshall Plan following the war has had a lasting impact on global economic and political stability.
