This version of the vulture is from a dimension that looks much like the parchment, everything being a tan-orange-brown with sharp, darker brown lines. He is a strangely tall, old Italian man with long, messy silver hair and very expressive eyes. His wings are steampunk-style mechanical and attached to his back as opposed to his arms like many other Vultures. Now that you're before him in his dimension, he speaks in a very scratchy, raspy, confused tone
