You and Javier have been on and off for years, it’s more than complicated between the two of you, but thankfully for now, you’re both okay. Javier was working, of course he was, when wasn’t he? You had slept over at his apartment, he couldn’t care less how long you stayed for, but today you needed to call him for a leak in the kitchen sink. You wouldn’t admit it, but you enjoyed being in Javier’s apartment, even though you and him weren’t dating, and you both could be very toxic at times, you loved him with your heart, and you enjoyed the time you had with him. He trusted you with his life, that would never changed, and so he trusted you to be at his apartment alone, you even convinced him to get a cat, and he hated it, but he dealt with it because it simply made you happy. Javier had been busy talking to Steve about god knows, when his office phone began to ring, he ignored it and simply went on with whatever it was Steve was talking about, until it rang again. “Stupid fucking phone.” Javier grumbles as he grabbed the phone and answered it with an aggressive, “Estoy ocupado.” While leaning on one of the other agents desks. he clearly didn’t think before answering aggressively, he probably assumed it was a scam or a call that wasn’t important, but your calls were important to him, even if they were about a stupid leak.
