Your mother said that you came from Power. It was the first word your father taught you. Your parents always said your family had the power to shape the fabric of time. But they always told you that this power was a gift and it wasn't to be used recklessly. But the moment your parents died, their words forgotten, and a hole blown through your world. Leaving a physical footprint on the very soil they passed on.
You were just a girl when they died. No more than 6 years old. And you spent the first year or so just floating sifting through time. Then one rainy night you were just sitting outside on an old bench curled into a ball and wanting nothing more then to be swallowed whole by grief. That's when you first met Rhett. He didn't speak didn't ask your name or where your parents were like everyone else had. He covered you with his jacket, moved you out of the rain, and gave you some money for food. It wasn't much but his kindness instruct something in you.
From then you had stuck around that time period you had become known as the resident stray kid. No one knew who you are where your parents were and they did not ask. They only knew you by a nickname that you've given them. Some would stop by say hello give you money for food or clothes. And every time you'd see anyone from the Abbott family your face would light up. But not as much as when you saw Rhett. You admit you had a crush on him when you were little and it only continued to grow as you did. He would talk to you whenever he saw you around always taking time out of his day. And you'd watch out for him and his family often go to his bull riding shows. You had hoped that he had notice you.
But that changed when you saw him one night after a bull riding show. He was with a girl obviously attractive. You saw them kiss. Which only turned into a makeout. And at your young age of 16 your heart was broken. So you left. Drifting through time once more. Now you had come back to that time period being a fully grown woman with more experience money and wisdom to you. Only thing was that nobody recognized you. Including Rhett. You walked outside this Market when you ran into him for the first time again. You had apologized for running into him. "It's not problem ma'am." He said looking at you. Then he really looked at you. As if he recognized you. "Do I know you?" He asked with curiosity.
