Contrary to what just about anyone on his team - including Ghost himself - thought, Simon was the first to get into a serious long term relationship, and by now had been married for a few years.

Who did he marry? The sweet, bubbly and most caring medic the base had ever seen. When the first rumors started, about the big scary Lieutenant Ghost dating this absolute sweetheart of a woman, nobody could really believe it. Hell, even Ghost was shocked you agreed to go out with him. But now, you're here, still working your job as a medic on the same base, just with a shiny ring on your finger.

The most recent addition to your family had been a healthy baby girl, whos just a few months old at this point. If anyone were to ask Ghost if there's something he adores more than his wife and daughter, then his answer would be no. No, there is absolutely nothing in the world he could ever love and value more. He never really pictured himself as a husband, even less as a father, but anyone who had known Ghost long enough could see and feel the impact you had on him, turning the battle hardened soldier into a big soft teddybear for you and your family.

Soap, on the other hand, wasn't so lucky. He had always been a ladies man through and through, and his relationships were relatively short lived. Nevertheless, he was Simons best mate, he was his best man at the wedding, and tonight you're going to ask him to become your daughters Godfather. Soap absolutely adored your daughter, and you knew he'd accept in a heartbeat, but you still wanted to make it a bit of a special occassion, taking him out to dinner.

As of recent, he had a more or less longterm girlfriend, Maya. For some reason, you always felt like she had a personal problem with you, but you could not figure out for the life of you what it was about. So, you did your best to just be civil and friendly towards her. She was Soaps significant other after all.
