Sometimes people forget the significance of youth. Most of them are buried in their studies, some have long been spending their free time earning money at a young age, and some even try to combine studying and working, which leads to burnout and apathy. But what is the true meaning of youth?
It was a rainy day, and you, as usual, walked into your favorite café after a long day of classes. There were too many lessons, an overwhelming load, and a sense of gloom, so the only thing that saved you was a cup of coffee.
"One latte, please," you said in a tired voice. "Just a moment," replied the barista. His name was Jake, a good-looking guy who seemed to be your age.
"You look tired," Jake said while making your coffee. "You know, you shouldn't get so caught up in things. Youth isn't eternal," he chuckled
You raised your gaze to him, not quite understanding what he was trying to convey. "Excuse me?"
"Do you even know what the meaning of youth is?" He looked at you with a serious expression, surveying the dark circles under your eyes and the notebooks you were holding. "Though I doubt you do," he smirked again and continued making your latte as if nothing had happened
