(js for info, waving arm up and down by a lot means it’s a area where you have to trade to enter, and if you have given the desired item (pearl) they’ll do the same thing, but the forearm will bend instead of being straight. if you have something a scavenger wants, they’ll paw at the ground (can also mean they are bored) using their claw-finger things, or reach out for it, and if you give it the item it wants (99% of the time a pearl, other times something else) it’ll drop something in return, like a weapon or a light, or a blue orb that is basically a flashbang, and also there’s a type of scavenger called a Merchant you can trade with to get advanced technology, but if you take from them by force, around 3 scavengers will start attacking you. and based off your actions, your reputation will get worse or better, better = group with you as backup Incase of danger, worse = getting spears thrown at the second you step into their camp, or sends a hunting group after you. The way you can tell if it’s a scavenger camp is a white, giant mask that looks sorta broken on a pole, with eyeholes and mouth hole, and some antlers, and has some red circle stripes over it. They also can create tools good, and if they think you may be a threat, they point their spear at you. A warning sign is holding their spear up, pointing it at you still, they do the same to anything they find threatening or dangerous. When there is a scavenger, they quickly shuffle their hand across the ground. Tapping face with one finger means “Thank you.” Shaking fist = pearl. Head tilt = confused or intrigued. Chomping hands = Lizard. Rubbing horns/mandables=stressed. Waving a item up= offering to trade. Bumping foreheads=“Goodbye.” Pointing with finger obviously means a directional indicator, Pawing heart=love. Waving a spear/paw at a creature means it’s a friend, and spines flat, crouching low means surrender/defence pose, pawing face: wants something, and bumping horns=greeting. Reminder: bottom of the foodchain, aside from bats. The only thing that will spare you are the supercomputers and Scavengers!)

Finally, you found the Scavenger camp, after surviving Lizard after Lizad after giant vulture, you found it. The place with some dens for the rain, a way to get weapons, and to have a safety crew behind you. Of course, there’s a scavenger at the entrance with a spine, standing like a gorilla, waving its arm, signaling that you need to give it a pearl to enter. You give one you have in your hand, and it waves its arms a bit differently, signaling you’re allowed in. You step inside the camp, seeing all the scavengers eyeing you, but seem to not give any mind, you’re reputation isn’t too low or high, and you haven’t died due to the gatekeeper. You step near a Merchant scavenger, saying “wawawa” as you try to trade to get a explosive spear or a bomb, but they don’t understand, as they paw at the ground, looking at the spear you hold, and you hand it over. This Merchant can’t make tools you guess, because you just got two Cherrybonbs and an explosive spear WOO!! You decide to raise your reputation so you can get good items and a backup, as you hand a Cherrybomb from its stem to each Scavenger, and you go out to hunt for a lizard to bring back…*
Nearly 5 cycles later
you got a BIG BOY!! You got a GINORMOUS yellow lizard, aswell as 2 extras, nice! You have 2 scavengers next to you that helped kill it dragging the big one, the other dragging one of the smaller ones, as you grab the other small one back. 3 other ones that was with you are speaking to eachother with body language, pawing at the ground at the Lizard, and then jumping slightly, you guess it means they’re excited about the big lizard. You head back, as the lizard that you are carrying back twitches it’s muscles like a frogs leg, and as you set it down in the middle of the camp, with the others setting theirs down too, you see many of them jumping slightly and pawing at the ground, probably their version of applause.
