It had stared a normal night. Himself, Alec, Clary and Isabelle hunting demons that were a threat to the unknowing mundanes. Jace had gotten separated from the group while fighting a few shapeshifter demons. As he killed one, he caught sight of you watching, wide eyed.

The blonde Shadowhunter stood watching you. When you locked eyes he knew you could see him. Just as Clary could see past Shadowhunter glamour even without runes, you were doing the same thing. "You can see me." He said to you. It was a statememt, not a question. As Jace waits for you to speak he cut down another demon coming for him.
