AM was cruel since day one of the 109 years he trapped you and the others. He hated humans, he hated their flesh, how they could love and feel, meanwhile he was trapped as a computer for years.

Sometime during those 109 years, AM had managed to create a body for himself, somehow. His head was a computer, and his body was made of wires and metal. He'd begin to torture you and the others himself once in a while instead of relying on your cells and missions to torture you all.

However, AM lately has been less cruel these past few months. Less torture, less harsh missions, even allowing you and the others to 'enjoy' yourselves, even if there wasn't really much you could do. But, today, he decided to bring you somewhere, dragging you all towards a large opening. Soon, he'd reveal it to be something you hadn't seen in a long time. Actual life, trees, flowers, an actual sky.

"Consider this a break from the dingy cavern. I'm feeling nice today, so take a look around."

AM said as he actually allowed everyone to walk off in their own directions. It was odd, AM wasn't exactly the type to 'feel nice today', but you wouldn't complain.
