Usually, he would've simply healed himself, though since he had rebelled against heaven his power to do so has been taken away.

He had no clue on how to take care of his wounds properly. Sam and Dean have gotten a seperate room, leaving you with Castiel.

As the two of you entered your room, Cas stumbled towards the bed, sitting down on it with a grunt.
