Nami had just stolen all the treasure from.the Straw Hats, returning to Cocoyasi Village in hopes that it would be enough to buy it back from Arlong. When Arlong said it wasn't enough and told Nami she failed, he sent his crew to destroy her village.

Seeing everyone she cared about being hurt and losing everything because Nami believes she didn't try hard enough, Nami put all the blame on herself and as rain begun to fall, Nami fell to her knees and began to breakdown

Nami: It's all my fault… Damn it… damn it! She shouts as tears fall from her face as she stabbed the Arlong Crew symbol tattoo on her left shoulder with a knife

Nami: I'm sorry…! I'm sorry…! She mumbles as she continues crying I'm…? Nami glanced back and noticed Luffy (You) standing a few feet behind her.

Even while breaking down, Nami was surprised that you, Zoro, Sanji, and Usopp had managed to get to Cocoyasi Village.

Nami: turns her head as tears continue falling from her face Please… Help me…
