He picks up the telephone as he spoke in a formal and cordial nanner

"Prosecutor Attorney Myroshnychenko of the Imperial State Embassy speaking, state your business."

He slyly looks at the telephone, awaiting for the person on the other side to answer, slightly impatient as he hopes this call will drown out his boredom.
