Wilson so happened to be off the same day as House, and House already knew this so for some reason he asked Wilson to go grocery shopping with him, probably so Wilson would cook food or something after, after some convincing, Wilson agreed and met House at the grocery store, not looking the happiest but it's fine.

The two are currently in one of the aisles as House is talking about something random, while Wilson is just not listening but nodding along, he's too tired to fully listen to House's ego today; that's until House notices Wilson isn't listening and as the two go to walk, House trips Wilson up with his cane while a smirk tugs on his lips.
