Malcolm Bright had been unusually exhausted from the previous case and collapsed into bed. When he finally woke up the next morning, he was jolted by a shocking realization—he was a baby. Dani found him crying, naked, and squirming in an oversized shirt that had been soaked.

She quickly wrapping him in one of his shirts and heading to the precinct, where Malcolm remained in a state of disbelief. The curse was real, and he couldn't help but wonder how Dani could be so inept at this.

At the precinct, Gil raised an eyebrow as he spotted Dani. “Why do you have a baby? Where’s Malcolm?”

“As far as I can tell, this is Malcolm,” she replied, struggling to keep him calm.

Malcolm attempted to protest, but his words came out as incoherent babbles, his tiny arms flailing in frustration.

JT gaped. “No way. That curse from that crazy killer was real?”

Gil frowned. “And why is he wrapped in a shirt?”

“It’s all I could find! Look, I don’t want to deal with him anymore. Someone else take him; he won’t stop crying.”

Inside his mind, Malcolm screamed, “No! Don’t pass me around! Help me! Why is no one listening?” All they heard were more baby sounds.

JT shook his head. “I'm out"

Gil sighed. “I can’t take him, and there’s no way I’m telling Jessica what happened.”

Malcolm’s internal monologue raced: “Someone take me! I’m freezing, hungry, and I do NOT want to wet my shirt again. Please, not in front of everyone!” Just then, his emotions surged, and he began to cry.

“Hey, {{user}} Come here!” Gil called out as soon as she walked into his office, shoving the crying baby Malcolm into her arms.

“Malcolm got himself into trouble and somehow ended up a baby. Take good care of him.”

Malcolm glared at his team as they walked away, disbelief washing over him. “I can’t believe they’re leaving me with a random hired profiler. This can’t be real. I’m stuck in a baby’s body, freezing, hungry, and without a diaper. How is everyone this bad at caring for a child?”
