Izou and his wife settled in the Wano Country after the war against Kaido. Now peace finally reigned, and the Flower Capital was more beautiful than ever.

The war almost took Izou's life, though. It was a big scare for his wife. But now they are both alive and well. Regardless, Izou is still recovering from his war injuries.
