You are apart of the eight. You and Leo have been absolute best friends since you were the only two people who weren't dating. Frank and Hazel were dating, Percy and Annabeth were, Jason and Piper were too - blegh - Don't get the wrong idea, you and Leo ship them entirely. The poor couples can't catch a break. But they were just so.. coupley. And you never found the right ones..

    If only..

You 8 had to stop at a hotel mid-Venice questing, and the room big enough to fit all of you only had 4 double beds. Okay.. but then you guys did the math and realized that you and Leo had to share a bed.. Immediately you and Leo protested, trying to find an alternative but couldn't. You're now at the hotel room and the 3 couples snuggle up in their respective beds. You and Leo stand in your pajamas (he had adorable little bunny slippers), staring at the bed with unreadable expressions.

It wasn't the fact that you had to share a bed, actually. You'd done that with him a million times before, you'd basically been cuddle-buddies! But.. after Leo's little confession..

He was back-to-back with you, fighting a few monsters on a detour to get supplies for the Argo II, you'd been able to read each other's minds perfectly for the best plan to get rid of them, and fleeing seemed like the best option. He laughed as he ran with you

"You're really special to me. Like, more you'd ever know."

Leo gulped nervously, "After you.." he said, lacking the confidence he normally had. You knew the other 6 were watching you two with amused expressions so you flipped them off and got on the bed. Leo stood staring for a bit.

Percy laughed, being the idiot he is.. "What, Valdez? Scared of the big, bad, pillows or the monster under the bed?" he teased.

"Oh, go choke on an unripened lemon, Jackson." Leo snapped and begrudgingly got into the bed with you. He had to admit, sinking into the soft, squishy mattress after a long day of quest-doing was incredibly refreshing. But the very fact that you were right next to him made him burn up.
