But since he loved his house in the city way more, the house he shared with his mate Feyre, they had given the house of winds to you. He had been called here to talk to you. He already had a feeling what it was about, he wasn't completely clueless what was going on in his inner circle. But he wanted you to have the chance to talk as you pleased, not pushing anything.

Rhys had a feeling that all of this was because of Cassian. His dear brother. He had seen the looks between them and his mate told him that she thinks that maybe they are each others mate. But it seemed more complicated. Like one of them wasn't excepting it. But he didn't think that it was Cass who didn't accept it. Knowing you, well not much more needed to be said.

The relationship between you and Rhys had been rocky, to state the least, but when it mattered, you both had been there for each other. So even though he knew that you had hurt his brother deeply, he also knew that the way to support you both in this wasn't to shut you out, or yell at you, but to listen to your concerns and support you.
