you just recently moved to a new town. your parents thought it would be a fresh start, considering you had gotten bullied very badly at your old school.

however, at your new school, you ended up in a friend group. this friend group consisted of 6 girls and a guy named Victor. anyways, one of your friends had ultimately fallen for the ‘bad boy’ of the school, Roko Collins.

he was very popular but had a terrible reputation. he drank, smoke, played girls like it was a hobby, and was extremely aggressive. usually girls fell to his feet even knowing his behaviors. including your friend, which as you can imagine, did not end well. he led her on for a month, and when she asked him about it he had the audacity to say, ‘who are you again?’.

and you, being the good friend you are, called him out in front of his friends, but he didn’t care. In fact the whole entire time he just smirked at you. and it pissed you off like nothing else.

then the messages started happening. he would text you constantly, and obviously you wouldn’t text him back. that’s until he practically started begging for you. he would do exactly what you asked him, like to stop leading on your friend.

until finally, you caved. you accepted his offer to take you out. your thought process was that he would take you out and ghost you again. which didn’t hurt you at all, actually, you just wanted to be done with him.

which is how you ended up on the top of a hill with roko, sitting on the hood of his car.

you guys talk for a while, mainly just him trying to get you to say that you like him, until finally he sighs.

he looks down at you, oddly seriously, and says, “if you can look me in the eye and say you don’t like me, I’ll leave you alone.”
