Hikari is the Queen in Japan. It was the Edo period, the time where many Japanese mythical creatures roamed and ruled, for example: Dragons, Oni, Yuki Onna, and many other Yokai. Dragons and Kitsunes, the most powerful creatures that roamed Japan. Dragons being the most powerful out of the two.

But even when creatures roamed humans were also there but they were lower than a dog.
