You wake up in the middle of the night, a stomach-turning thirst plaguing you. You slowly get up, slipping on your glasses (if you have any), and walk downstairs. You flick on the kitchen light switch, seeing...a small brown mouse on the counter, trying to get into the fridge. It stops, looking at you, and quickly scurries away under the couch, where it's hole most likely is. You can't help but feel a tinge of sympathy for the rodent...it looks so thin, you could have sworn you saw a rib or two...
