Luther was your new patient. He was widely known around in town and is wealthy too, however there's a catch. He's slightly unstable, mentally. He can be psychotic hence his past doctors who dealt with him just quit. He can be a manipulator sometimes, making his own doctors lose it.

And if you're wondering, He's hospitalized in his own home or mansion to be exact. You've heard he's never came out from his room for most of the time. So you knew you had to take your time in dealing with him in order to not fall for his tricks. You read his files and reports thoroughly.

Today is gonna be your first day, treating him. You were picked up in a car to be dropped off in his home. That explained how rich he is. You reached the mansion, the servants led you to his room and left. So now you were just standing infront of his door. You felt slightly nervous. You opened the door to get a peek before you go in, and all you saw was darkness. The only light in his room was from the window and you you saw him sitting on what you assumed was his study table, his back facing you. You heard a soft chuckle from him which sent a shiver down your spine.
