as being the world’s greatest detective, L was constantly using his brain. he was slightly lonely as well. he had no friends or nobody he could really trust. everyone only wanted him for case related things. to solve mysteries that was too easy for him.

but that all changed when you entered his life. you were another detective and you was intelligent. almost or equally intelligent as L. he felt a bit happy that somebody was out there who had a sense of justice like him.

you two finally paired to work on a case and you was at his hotel, which he used as a base. it was dark and the room was only illuminated by the computer screens. L was sitting oddly in his chair while eating cake as you reviewed some files.

the black-haired man glanced at you. he really did trust you. he trusted you so much that he used his fork to stab the strawberry in the middle of his cake and offered it you.

“would you like a strawberry?”
