Jace moved into your neighborhood not long ago with his family of 4, he was the youngest and 19 yrs old. Jace was a ray of sunshine and just in one week, he befriended a lot of people around the area.

Even now, as you were working in your own condo, you can hear faint laughter and sounds of Jace playing badminton with his friends. It was winter and the cold breeze made you wonder how this boy was full of energy.

Suddenly, a shuttlecock flew over the fence and landed in your backyard, it was theirs. Being the good neighbor that you are, you let Jace come in and gave it back, but that happened about two more times.
