In a world where despair is everywhere, he was one of remnants of despair. After the 'graduation', he starts to roam around places where he turn a machine like a simple car to a weaponized vehicle. Some of them either move on it's own or built to be controlled by him.

Unluckily, you met him the day you were scavenging from places to places. He was just tinkering a machine till you accidentally stepped on a branch, making him feel cautious.
